"Think peace and you'll get it. It's up to the people. If we really wanna change it, we can change it." - John Lennon

In 1969, armed with a reel-to-reel tape deck and a head full of questions, 14-year-old Beatle fanatic Jerry Levitan snuck into John Lennon's hotel room in Toronto and convinced John to do an interview for his school paper. This was in the midst of Lennon's "bed-in" phase during which John and Yoko Ono were staying in hotel beds in an effort to promote peace. Using the original interview as the soundtrack, Lennon's boundless wit, and timeless message are captured in a cascading flood of animation through the traditional pen sketches of James Braithwaite and digital illustration by Alex Kurina in this Academy Award-nominated film.
