If you would
like to place a similar order for 2 people who have
memberships at the same level, then the 'duplicate order' feature is a
great tool for you! See the steps and the tutorial video below. Please Note: If you have 2 memberships at different levels, you will not be able to use this feature (even if both memberships are under the same email address). You will just need to order for one membership, complete your order and log out. Then you can log back in for the additional membership and complete your second order. Duplicate ordering tutorial: Step 1: Log
in
with the first member's email
address and member ID.
Step 2:
Clicking on the TIX icon (see left) in each film block on
the film
schedule will take you to a pop up* window where you can add
1 member
ticket per time block to your cart. Be sure to click the
button
in the pop up window or your tickets will not be added. *You may need to enable cookies, javascript and pop-ups on your computer to allow the ticket ordering window to appear.
Step 3:
Click the
button at the top of the film schedule page. Review your order
carefully: there are no
refunds and no exchanges. Input your
name, address, phone number, email address and payment information and
then click at the bottom of the page.
Step 4:
You'll now see an Order Confirmation (don't forget to print
this and
bring it with you to Will Call when you pick up your tickets). If you
scroll to the bottom of your order confirmation you can click on the: button.
Step 5: You're back to a log in screen. Here you can enter the log in information for a second membership at the same level.
Step 6: Once you have logged in as the second member, you'll be taken directly to a check out page that reflects the exact order of the first member. You can change the quantity of tickets to zero for the films that the second member may not want to attend. (To add additional films you'll need to complete your order and log back in.)
Step 7: Fill in the information of the second member in the empty fields at the bottom of the form and click at the bottom of the page.
Step 8: If you'd like to add additional films for the second member, you can log back in and add any additional films that they may want to see.
