At the heart of the Ashland Independent Film Festival is a magical group of over 350 volunteers who come together each April to be part of an event that brings happiness, change, a sense of belonging and engagement to the community. Thousands of film lovers gather at intimate venues to watch over 90 documentary, short and feature films in five days, with filmmakers coming from around the world to engage with audiences.
The AIFF volunteer family brings out the best of the Rogue Valley and its friendly citizenry by offering energy, experience, expertise, effervescence, and elbow grease to every aspect of festival operations.
