The 7th annual ashland independent film festival is April 3-7th, 2008!
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science - presenters of the Oscars - recently honored the ashland independent film festival with a prestigious grant. The AIFF is the only festival in the Northwest, and one of only 20 in the U.S., to receive an Academy Foundation grant this year. The funds are specifically to bring more filmmakers, actors and subjects of documentaries to the 2008 festival. For more in formation and to view the official press release, click here.
