Should you have questions or concerns, please reach out to Lisa Greene, AIFF Programming Liaison, at email@example.com
*If you don't hear back via email within 24-hours of submitting your waiver form, click here and fill out the pdf of our LOCALS ONLY waiver form, and then please attach and email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. The online form has not been working consistently and we don't want your submission to get missed during this waiver process.
