Thank you for submitting your film to the Ashland Independent Film Festival. We are proud to support regional filmmaking and present "local" films as part of the AIFF Locals Only programs. In order to receive the Local Only entry fee waiver please fill out this form completely in addition to your FilmFreeway form. Please DO NOT submit this form if you do not qualify as a local filmmaker*.

*Eligible counties within the Siskiyou region are Coos, Curry, Douglas, Jackson, Josephine, and Klamath in Oregon; Siskiyou and Del Norte in California

Qualifications:

Reside in Coos (OR), Curry (OR), Del Norte (CA), Douglas (OR), Jackson (OR), Josephine (OR), Klamath (OR) or Siskiyou (CA) county.
All films submitted must be completed after January 1, 2021.
There is no limit to the number of films you can submit (complete separate Entry and Waiver Forms for each film).

We do not exclude films from entry based on any one of the following factors, but to be fair we need to make sure that your film is eligible as a Local film.

If your film is selected for the Locals Only program:

You receive 2 all-access passes to festival and filmmaker events.
Your film is shown once for free to a full theatre and is not in competition for AIFF awards.

If your film is selected for the general program of films:

You receive 2 all-access passes to festival and filmmaker events.
Your film is in competition for AIFF Awards.
