Ashland Independent Film's hybrid "Double Feature" Festival
Part I: Two Weeks of Virtual Events April 15-29
Part II: Five Nights of Outdoor, Socially Distanced Events June 24-28
We're excited to announce this year's Festival, promising to be bigger, better, and bolder than ever before.
Our celebration kicks off with a hybrid "Double Feature" Festival running online for two weeks from April 15-29 with approximately 100 new independent feature and short films, accompanied by film conversations, panels, and parties.
The second part of the "Double Feature" Festival, running June 24-28, will include outdoor screenings, live music, and more. In cooperation with ScienceWorks Hands-On Museum, viewers can watch from an outdoor screening area in the field facing the building.
Another venue will be Walkabout Brewing Company in Medford, where last year AIFF held a smash screening of The Weight of Water, with an audience of over 100 folks wearing glowing Bluetooth headsets.
Tickets go on sale in April.
